Evo,

Thanks for your input. You'll notice I put that item as optional. I don't think it's too complicated to include a statement such as:

Search in iTunes for GothamCast to subscribe

I agree that a business card should have a single, clear call to action. Whether it's to visit your site or to subscribe to your podcast is up to you and depends on your audience.

Also, you can explain what a podcast is with a simple phrase such as, "It's like radio for your MP3 player."

The copy doesn't need to be complicated.

Hrm. Mind if I chime in with a voice of dissent?

A business card, in my opinion, serves a single purpose when it comes to promotion: it gets someone to visit your website.

Want to talk about podcasting on your card? Fine. But cramming it full (which likely would happen) of complicated explanations of how to subscribe in iTunes is tantamount to giving people instructions on how to search for your website on Google.

Get 'em to your site, and make sure your site makes it easy for them to sample what you have to offer and then subscribe if they think it's for them.

Great ideas to enhance what I already do! Now it's back to the drawing board.
