		<description>Mike,

I figured that might be the case with the Zune Wifi. However, I wonder if the hardware is capable and it's a deliberate crippling in the software that could easily be changed, if Microsoft wanted, with a firmware update.

If the hardware in this Zune is not capable of internet wifi, it's something MS should think about with Zune G2. It's only a matter of time with iPod as well.

		<description>Jason,

From the articles I've read, the Zune's Wifi is actually somewhat crippled - it doesn't work to actually connect to the internet to download songs, it only allows Zune-to-Zune connectivity for filesharing.

I can't confirm this, because I'm a 100% Mac user, but I agree - I'm waiting for the day that my iPod can sync podcasts directly over Wifi when I'm at a Starbucks.

Thanks for all of your great podcasting advice, the great book on Podcast Promotion, and the great thoughts at IBM.
